How we make the unique Owners Pack
The Cowboy Country Owners Pack is designed to look like an old fashioned leather map cover or simple saddle bag from the days of the Old West.
Step 1
Each leather portfolio is hand cut from a carefully chosen tanned cow hide. We source our hides from one of London's few remaining specialist leather dealers and look for imperfections as a feature.
Step 2
Once the piece has been cut to size, we mark and then crease and hand finish it. With the leather formed into the portfolio shape it will now snuggly hold the professionally printed contents.
The next step is to carefully brand the leather
Step 3
Each portfolio is marked with our American made branding iron - we test how hot the brand is first on leather scraps to ensure a good western style impression is made without scorching or ruining the material.
Step 4
Once cooled, we then place an illustrated guide, signed certificate, welcome letter and registration form plus two copies of our bespoke legal agreement into the finished portfolio.
Step 5
The portfolio is then tied with a leather thread, ready to despatch to another Cowboy Country owner.
