Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as use of the cowboycountry.co.uk site (Site) means that you will be bound by them. If you submit an order for any item advertised for sale on this Site, this shall be taken to constitute acceptance by you of these Terms.
In certain instances these terms incorporate statements to be found in the Privacy, Payment, Returns & Refunds and Delivery sections of our site.

Every effort has, is and will be taken to ensure that the information contained in this site is correct and up to date. The information may, however, become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this Site.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply.
Contract. The contract for sale by us and purchase of Goods by you.
Goods. The range of land parcels and associated products, which are available for purchase from this site in accordance with the terms.

The content of this Site is owned by Cowboy Country. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of Cowboy Country. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
Cowboy Country may suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this Site.
4. Limitation of liability
This Site should only be used for information purposes. Cowboy Country shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given in this site except as stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Cowboy Country is not responsible for the Site's accuracy or its fitness for a particular purpose or the reliability of the access to this Site.
Cowboy Country is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use this Site. Cowboy Country does not guarantee that this Site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Cowboy Country or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.

This Site also contains links to other sites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Cowboy Country. These links are provided for your convenience only and Cowboy Country is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.

7. Pricing
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. Post and packaging is included for orders within mainland UK. Orders to destinations outside of mainland UK will be charged an additional fee of £5.00.
8. Ordering and stock availability
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some items, in which case we will aim to advise you within 72 hours. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.
You acknowledge that all information and specifications relating to the Goods and any material produced by us are approximate only and the colour of the items on this Site may vary from the Products supplied to you.
Cowboy Country does not accept responsibility or offer refunds for incorrectly completed certificates where the information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
Cowboy Country makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments shall be made by credit card on the date on which we accept your online order or by cheque (drawn at a UK bank), cash or postal/international money order within 30 days of when we accept your offline order. The credit cards that we will accept are those listed on this Website on the date on which we accept your online order.
DELIVERY
The time and method for delivery will be at our discretion. The place of delivery will be the address given to us in your order. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days. If we are unable to deliver the Goods to you for any reason within 30 days we will refund your money.
If the Goods delivered to you do not include all of the Goods that you ordered in any particular order or include incorrect Goods, you must inform us in writing by email within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
Customers should always check that the delivery information they provide is correct before proceeding to payment.
Post and packaging is included for orders within mainland UK. Orders to destinations outside of mainland UK will be charged an additional fee of £5.00. You are responsible for any other fees or charges incurred on orders delivered to addresses outside of mainland UK, including fees and taxes levied by any customs organisation.
9. Cancellation
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge by giving us written notice by email, so long as you do so within 14 days of submitting an order. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. We reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary.
You will be responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the Goods to us by the same method as they were delivered in the event that we have already dispatched the Goods to you before we receive your written notice of withdrawal. The Products will be returned at your risk.
In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days provided that the Goods are returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
Please note that due to the intended personalised nature of our products no right of cancellation exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 where the certificate of ownership has been modified, for example where the certificate has already been assigned to a named party.
10. Warranties
We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification
11. Changes to the terms
Cowboy Country reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. Cowboy Country may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Cowboy Country has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.
12. General
Emails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid email address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.
To the extent that any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed not to be a part of these terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these terms, nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. These terms supercede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.
13. Statutory rights
The consumer's contract with Cowboy Country does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
